After completing your reservation, the vehicle you have reserved will be delivered to the pick-up location you have chosen. Necessary contracts are made at the beginning of the vehicle and delivered to you. If there is any damage, scratch or damage on the vehicle, it will be recorded in the damage report and a copy will be delivered to you together with the vehicle.
Vehicle delivery is made by going to the location where you will deliver the vehicle on the day and time you will deliver the vehicle. Goodcars Rental officials inspect the entire vehicle according to the damage assessment report. In addition, if any, HGS payment and traffic ticket will be collected from you by submitting the document. 2 parties sign the report stating that the vehicle has been delivered in accordance with the rental conditions and the rental process is terminated.
The age limit and driving license duration vary according to the vehicle categories in the rental transactions you will make through GoodCars Rental. You can find out the age and driving license duration limit by clicking on the rental conditions tab under each vehicle.
When you rent a car through GoodCars Rental, you will receive 2 e-mails from our e-mail address info@goodcarsrental.com indicating that your reservation has been created and the confirmation process has started and then confirmed. If you have not received an e-mail, you can get detailed information about your reservation by contacting us via our call center.
After your car rental reservation is confirmed, you can make changes via the reservation tracking/update tab with the reservation code sent to your e-mail address.
When you make a rental transaction through GoodCars Rental, you can make the payment at the time of vehicle delivery, or you can make the payment in the form of EFT / Money Transfer to our bank account.
There is no deposit fee when you rent through GoodCars Rental.
