DISCLOSURE TEXT ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
("GoodCars Rental" or "Company"), we collect and process the personal data of customers and corporate customer employees with whom we have a business relationship as a data controller in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data ("Law"). We explain in this text how we process your personal data, with whom we share it and how you can exercise your rights.

Which Personal Data Do We Collect Within the Scope of Relations with Customers?
Within the scope of relations with customers; your identity information (first and last name, ID number, tax number, date of birth, father's name), contact information (phone number, address, e-mail address), financial information (bank account information, IBAN number, credit card information, financial transaction information, debt balance), customer transaction information (billing information, order information, customer instructions, customer number, username and password), risk management information (financial risk assessments, intelligence research), your company, profession/job/title information and other information required for the execution of our business processes (signature, vehicle license plate, education information, travel and accommodation information, copy of identity card, suggestion, request and complaint information, car insurance, vehicle and registration information) are collected.
In case you give your consent for us to process your personal data within the scope of our marketing activities, your marketing data (your usage habits, your preferences and likes regarding our products and services, customer satisfaction survey results) are also collected.

On Which Legal Grounds Do We Process Your Personal Data?
According to the Law on the Protection of Personal Data, at least one of the legal grounds specified in the Law must exist in order to process personal data. As GoodCars Rental, we process your personal data based on the legal grounds that data processing is mandatory for our legitimate interests and the establishment, exercise or protection of a right. If you are our customer with whom we have a contractual relationship, we also process your personal data based on the legal reason of performance of the contract.
However, if you consent to the personal data processing activities for which your consent is asked, your personal data in question will only be processed based on the legal reason of "explicit consent".
With whom and for what purpose do we share your personal data?
Your personal data is shared with our domestic or foreign business partners, suppliers, legally authorized private institutions and our group companies for the purposes of receiving support from third parties within the scope of supplying goods or services, providing information to authorized institutions and organizations, conducting audits and reporting, and conducting activities in accordance with the legislation. Your personal data is also shared with authorized institutions and organizations in order to fulfill our legal obligations in case of a legal request or investigation.
