Insurance

All our vehicles are fully insured with 2% Exemption. 2% Exemption means 2% of the vehicle insurance value. For example, if the vehicle insurance value is 500.000 TL, 2% Exemption is 10.000 TL. The exemption is the part that the insurance does not pay and the customer must pay in case of a bilateral and recorded accident. For example, if the vehicle repair is 50.000 TL, 40.000 TL of this is covered by the insurance company and the remaining 10.000 TL is covered by the customer who made the accident.

If the driver of the vehicle uses drugs and alcohol while driving, the insurance is invalid. In addition, exceeding the legal speed limit, failure to comply with traffic warnings and lights, exceeding the load limit, and the use of the vehicle by someone other than legally authorized cause insurance and insurance to be invalid.

Mini Damage Assurance

One of the most preferred additional assurance packages by our customers is the Mini Damage Assurance Package. With this assurance package, unilateral damages that are not covered by the insurance up to 7500 TL and for which it is not possible to keep a report or accident report are covered.

For example, it covers parking lot damages, tire splitting, tire ballooning, glass cracking, scuffs, scratches and headlight damage that may occur while parked.

Super Mini Damage Assurance

Super Mini Damage Assurance covers unilateral damages that are not covered by the insurance up to TL 15.000 and for which it is not possible to keep a report or accident report.

Equivalent Vehicle

The vehicle you have selected is in the category of "Comfort" vehicles. On the delivery day, the vehicle you have booked will be delivered to you and may have different colors and equipment than the vehicle images. If there is a problem with your reservation, you will be informed by returning to you.

Additional Driver and Driver Conditions

The minimum age to rent this vehicle is 24 years old and the minimum driver's license must be 3 years old. It is not possible for anyone other than the person specified in the reservation to pick up or deliver the vehicle. If there is a second driver, his/her name must be written on the contract at the time of booking or at the time of delivery. Otherwise, it will not be covered by the insurance.

Fair Mileage

No Deposit and Mileage Limit for Overseas Passport Holders.

When renting a car, there is a mileage limit included in the price you pay. In case of exceeding the mileage limit, you will be charged an extra fee. You can contact us for information about mileage limit and deposit.

Fair Fuel Policy

There is no full tank requirement. The customer returns the vehicle tank at the same level as it was received. For vehicles returned with deficient fuel, the fuel difference is charged together with the service fee. For vehicles delivered with excess fuel, the company does not pay a fee.

Traffic Fines

The renting customer is responsible for all traffic fines incurred during the car rental period.

HGS Highway and Bridge Crossing Service

HGS highway and bridge tolls will be charged separately.

Payment Convenience

You can make the payment when picking up the vehicle or via Wire Transfer / EFT.

Cancellation and Change

You can cancel your reservation at any time and change the date and vehicle at any time. Date and vehicle change depends on the approval of our company.
